Using Postgres as a storage backend for Garnet

By default, Garnet supports any PostgreSQL compatible database (e.g. RDS, or another service) as a storage backend for configurations and secrets.

To use the Postgres backend, simply modify in the following environment variables based on your provider's config:

DB_HOST = '<Your Database Host>'
DB_USERNAME = '<Your Database Username>'
DB_PASSWORD = '<Your Database Password>'
DB_NAME = '<Your Database Name>'
DB_TYPE = '<Your DB dialect>'
DB_LOGGING = '<true or false>'

If your deployment is self-hosted through Docker, you can update the above variables in your docker-compose.yml file. If you are building from source, you can export these variables in your shell before running the app.
